Training center "Business and Finance Excellence"

To build capacity of MFOs and banks, small and medium entrepreneurs, women-entrepreneurs and youth via rendering qualitative educational services, in 2015 on the basis of the NABWT Business incubator jointly with "IMON INTERNATIONAL" the Training center "Business and Finance Excellence" was established.

For 2 years of its activity the Training center carried out the following actions:

• covered 7000 people, including 38% women, by different business trainings and master classes
• rendered 150 business consultations, 40% of the beneficiaries are women
• piloted organization of mini-MBA curse for 20 women - entrepreneurs
• as well the Training center is engaged in recruitment of the specialists for financial organizations. Out of 120 recruited people 40% were women
• the other specialization of the Training center is services on evaluation and testing. 1700 personnel of MFOs, including 38% women, were tested already
